Persistent Productions, under strict COVID protocols handled the pre-production, production and post production for this Condé Nast production for Epicurious. We worked with the creative team to establish a safe production strategy across our three locations while navigating the world of COVID productions and running a thriving restaurant in Boston. Our solution had us giving virtual access to the creative team throughout the shoot, filming with unmanned TimeLapse Cameras and keeping our crew to the absolute minimum needed. We truly loved working on this project, and it had nothing to do with the delicious pizza chef Douglass Williams cooked for the crew during lunch.
